Need Jesus? Receive New Life!

If you have never made Jesus the Lord of your life, then you are separated from God by sin. You are the reason God sent Jesus to the cross. God loved you so much that He gave His only begotten Son for you. Choosing to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord & Saviour is the most important decision you’ll ever make.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. II Corinthians 5:17

Receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior today

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Eph. 2:8-9

In order to receive everything that God wants for your life and know that you have a place in Heaven, you must accept His salvation. By HIS grace, God has already done everything to provide salvation. Your part is simply to believe & receive. Salvation is easy, according to the Bible. It is not about anything you have done or will do, and you can’t earn it—it’s a gift. In His Word, Jesus provided very simple instructions for asking Him to come live in your heart. It only takes following His directions.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation Romans 10: 9-10

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13

I [John the Baptist] indeed have baptized you with water: but he [Jesus] shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. Mark 1:8

See how easy it is? Just pray out loud the following:

“God, You said if I called on your name, I would be saved. I am calling on You now and ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord of my life. Jesus, I confess that you are my Lord and believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. By faith in Your word, I receive salvation now. Thank you for saving me. I am now a new creature-the righteousness of God in Christ and I am saved. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and help me live my life for You. Thank you, Lord. Amen.”

Congratulations! You are a new Christian. Welcome to the family of God!

As His child, your loving heavenly Father wants to give you the supernatural power you need to live this new life.

“For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened…how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him?”Luke 11:10, 13

All you have to do is ask, believe & receive!

Pray, “Father, I recognise my need for Your power to live this new life. Pl fill me with Your Holy Spirit. By faith, I receive it now! Thank you for baptizing me! Holy Spirit, You are welcome in my life!”

Congratulations! You are filled with God’s supernatural power.

Some syllables from a language you don’t recognise will rise from your heart to your mouth. As you speak them out loud by faith, you’re releasing God’s power from within and building yourself up in the spirit (1 Corinthians 14: 4, 14)

It doesn’t really matter whether you felt anything or not when you prayed to receive the Lord & His Spirit. If you believed in your heart that you received, then God’s word promises you did. “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them” (Mark 11:24) God always honours His Word. Just believe it !
